At Sundus Travel & Tour, customer satisfaction and transparency are our priority. Refunds for tour bookings are processed based on the conditions listed below.

Refund Eligibility

• Full refund for cancellations made 7 days or more before the travel date.

• 50% refund for cancellations made 3–6 days prior to the travel date.

• No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of departure or in case of a no-show by the traveler.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are fully non-refundable once booked and confirmed:

• Flight and train tickets

• Special event bookings (festivals, concerts, holiday seasons, etc.)

• Any government fees, permits, taxes, or third-party charges

Refund Processing Time

• • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited only through the same payment method used at the time of booking.
