All bookings depend on availability at the time of request.
A booking is considered confirmed only after partial or full payment is received as per the booking policy.
Customers must provide accurate personal details and valid ID proof while making a reservation.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or any accepted online payment method.
Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour.
Sundus Travel & Tour holds the right to cancel a reservation if payment is not completed within the specified time.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice due to variations in fuel costs, government taxes, hotel tariff adjustments, or other external factors.
The company will not be held responsible for any price changes imposed by third-party service providers.
Sundus Travel & Tour acts as a facilitator with hotels, transportation services, and sightseeing operators.
We are not responsible for delays, injuries, loss of belongings, or cancellations caused by natural calamities, accidents, political disturbances, or government restrictions.
Guests are expected to maintain respectful behaviour toward travel guides, staff, fellow tourists, and local communities during the trip.
Any misconduct or violation of local laws may result in trip cancellation without eligibility for a refund.
Any legal dispute or claim related to our services will fall under the jurisdiction of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir (India).
